These are 30 or 60 minute sessions with one of our 5 licensed massage therapists in our office. We also accept insurance for these visits.

Dr. Ian Ahearn, Chiropractor, Specializes in musculoskeletal sport and extremity injuries. Dr. Ian uses a whole body functional assessment to correct bio mechanical dysfunction through adjustments, stretching, soft tissue work and functional exercise. Dr. Ian focuses on the body as a whole and provides treatment for more than just the spine, back pain and neck pain. Dr. Ian’s specialty includes sport injury so he is very familiar with treating shoulders, tennis elbow, wrists, hips knees and ankles. Dr. Ian treats patients of all ages, welcoming pediatric chiropractic care into his office, including expecting mothers with the Webster Technique.

Tanja graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy’s 1000-hour program in 2008 and completed the A.O.S. program, earning certifications in Prenatal, Postpartum, Labor Support and Zen Shiatsu in 2009.

In addition to her extensive bodywork training, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Colorado at Boulder (1995). Her background in theatre enriches her approach to bodywork, bringing a deep awareness of movement, expression and embodiment to her practice.

She specializes in therapeutic integrative sessions designed to increase ease and mobility. She tailors each session to the client’s unique needs, blending techniques such as Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Techniques and Swedish massage to provide the most effect support for the body in the moment.

Dr. Hannah Neckar was born and raised in the Bay Area and has been living in San Diego for over 10 years. She attended undergrad at San Diego State (Go Aztecs!) where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. She then attended doctoral school at Southern California University of Health Sciences where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Hannah has always had a passion for sports and science. Through her studies and career, she has worked with patients of all of ages including kids. Her main goals when working with patients are to support, empower, and help patients reach their goals. During her time off from treating patients, Dr. Hannah enjoys playing with her dog Ali, going to the beach, hiking with friends, and exploring all the amazing restaurants San Diego has to offer.
